Why are some email links are not opening when I click them? [ROBERT BLOCKING]

The reason why this happens is most likely due to the ROBERT filters you have enabled.

The way you can try to solve this is:

  • Disable all filters and try the link again, the filter list can be found here: https://windscribe.com/myaccount#robert
  • If it works, Enable the filters one by one until the link gets blocked again. This way you will know which filter is the one blocking the link.

You can also perform a ROBERT debug to determine which domain is causing an issue and then whitelist said domain. The steps for this can be fund here: https://windscribe.com/knowledge-base/articles/robert-debugging-for-faulty-sites-and-services
